Hmm.. am I getting old or am I having amnesia??? What happen to my brain?? I think I have short term memory problem. Sometimes, I don’t remember what I do or where I go even if it just happen few days back. I have to really think and think hard to remember what I did. Sometimes I have to ask my friends. For example, my friend says he wanna watch a movie 5 minutes ago... the next minutes I forgot what is the name of the show. And I have to ask him again and again. The next day, I still cannot remember the name of the movie.
I once saw in the web... They said.. Whether your short-term memory problems are due to medical problems or simple absent-mindedness, there are strategies to cope...
1) Pay Attention
2) Write it down
3) Visualize it .... etc etc
I think I will choose to write it down :)
Monday 5/4/10
Work as usual. After work, go home with my colleague Casendra. (her car is in ICU) SO I fetch her home. Mom cook today. After dinner, watch movie and went to bed. The weather is so hot I can't really sleep.
Tuesday 6/4/10
Work n work. Went dinner with Annie, Casendra and Loong @ Taman Megah. Gossip, Gossip and GOSSIP. Hahahahaha. Around 9.30pm, Cassie and I went home. Very tired. Annie and Loong go massage.
Wednesday 7/4/10
Still work and work. After work, meet Audrey in 1U for dinner and movie at 9.30pm. Then Loong came. Annie came last, right before the movie started. What movie we watch? Clash of the Titans (3D) lo. Nice?? I don't think so.... not my type of movie. Lotsa talking and not much action. After movie; mamak. Wasted my 2 hours sleeping time sitting there teasing each other, gossiping; as usual. Then go home sleep.
Thursday 8/4/10
@ office lor... where else can I be? After work go GCIS to wait for Cassie so that we can walk to the car park together. Left office around 8pm. Reach home eat dinner, help mom dye her hair and write blog lor... that's what I am doing now lor... pathetic huh?

Last day of the week. Hooray... TGIF!!!! Went Taman Tun after work for dinner and TDH for a drink with Celine and Annie. Around 10.30pm, go home and sleep...

Adui... u betul betul write down. Another expert said try to flash back the day's event before you sleep. Woke up next day, try recall what happen yesterday... hahaha
